Mission Statement
Right Hand Operations exists to help businesses solve Operational and Staffing issues by supplementing their workforce with highly skilled staff on a temporary or ongoing basis.

What We Do
Our Service Professionals come from a variety of business backgrounds including but not limited to Operations, Information Technology, Project Management, Health Insurance, Benefits Administration, Process Documentation, Process Improvement, Human Resources, Client Services, General Administrative and Data Entry. Our goal is to provide businesses with top-notch talent at a predictable price to supplement their workforce.  

Employers are able to pay only for the services they need performed on a monthly basis, think of it as a highly skilled à la carte staff at your disposal. All of our Service Professionals are available for in-person meetings, however the idea behind this model is that the majority of the work is performed virtually so there is no need for you to provide a workstation for your virtual employee.

ProcMeet our Management Team!

CEO and Founder

Lindsey Crabtree has more than a decade of experience in Project Management, Employee Benefits, Operations, Data Analysis, Process Documentation, Workflow Management and Client Services. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Information Studies, she holds a Life and Health Agent License, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and SHRM-SCP.  Listening to a client to understand their needs is the most important step in any project or relationship and it is one that Lindsey never misses. She follows through with organization, accountability, a true sense of determination and loyalty. 

Spending several years in a Management role and working with companies in varying growth stages, Lindsey noticed what she felt was a hole in the administrative workforce. Whether a company is in the early stages or growth is booming, there are likely tasks that are not getting the attention they deserve. Right Hand Operations was conceived to be the trusted partner that companies can call when they find they need additional operational or administrative help. 


COO

Crystal Saunders is a highly skilled professional with years of comprehensive experience in the health insurance field. Crystal has experience running large-scale projects as the Project Manager and is adept at Developing Policies & Procedures, Client Service, Process Improvement and Streamlining Office Operations. When Crystal gets involved with a project, she embeds herself in the processes and culture. Starting with the end goal in mind keeps her focused and allows for proper goal setting for project team members. She has a unique way with employees which creates motivation and dedication among all, as she promotes learning into daily activities. Clients feel comfortable and confident knowing Crystal has their best interest at heart and will move mountains to meet deadlines.
